The brief
A property agency's website listings got views but few enquiries. Buyers wanted to search on a map, save homes and book visits without phone tag.
The agency wanted every enquiry to reach the right agent quickly, with visit times already agreed.
What we designed
- A map-first search with price pins, filters and saved searches with alerts.
- Listing pages with large photos, key facts and the agent's details.
- Visit booking and in-app chat, so agents get warm leads with times already agreed.
- An agent dashboard for listings, enquiries and visit schedules.
