The problem
The operations team was collecting generator run hours, tanker readings and site updates through phone calls, WhatsApp messages and manual spreadsheet entries. Admins had no simple way to assign work to field staff or see what was still pending.
Sites were growing from around 250 toward 2,000, and the client wanted no monthly hosting bill.
What we built
- A web console where admins assign tasks to employees and pick the sites each task covers.
- An Android app where each employee sees only their own jobs, fills in a short reading form and submits in seconds.
- Submissions go straight into the team's existing Google Sheet, in the exact columns their reports already use.
- Hourly reminders for pending jobs during the day, with quiet hours at night.
