The brief
A multi-specialty clinic was handling every booking by phone. Patients waited on hold, missed appointments and came back just to collect reports.
The clinic wanted patients to book, reschedule and download reports themselves, with reminders that cut no-shows.
What we designed
- A calm, simple patient app for finding a doctor, picking a slot and getting reminders.
- Lab reports delivered to the app as soon as they are ready, as shareable PDFs.
- A front-desk dashboard for doctor schedules, walk-ins and cancellations.
- Privacy built in: consent screens, secure login and access only to a patient's own records.
