Using this site

The information on this website is general. Timelines are typical ranges, not binding offers. A project starts only after we both agree a written quote.

Quotes and payments

Each project has its own written agreement covering scope, price, milestones and payment terms. That agreement takes priority over anything on this website.

Ownership

Once paid, the code, designs and app store listings we create for you belong to you, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Concept designs

Concept designs shown on this site are our own work for demonstration. They are not client apps.

Liability

We are not liable for losses from using general information on this website. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.
