When you post a project or contact us, we collect your name, email and the details you write about your project, along with the page you sent it from. We also keep basic server logs, such as the page you visited and your approximate country, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to run the project. We do not sell or rent your details.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can access. Our website is hosted with Hostinger.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years, or longer if you become a client and the law requires us to keep records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
