A direct ordering app for a restaurant group, so they keep the commission delivery platforms take.
The brief
A restaurant group with four outlets was paying a large share of every order to delivery platforms, and had no direct way to reach repeat customers.
They wanted their own app that felt as easy as the big platforms, with menus, add-ons, UPI payments and live order tracking.
What we designed
- A customer app with a fast menu, add-ons, a two-tap checkout and UPI, card and cash payments.
- Live order status and rider tracking on a map, so customers stop calling the outlet.
- A kitchen screen and an admin panel for menus, offers and delivery zones.
- Loyalty points and push offers to bring regulars back.
